Eligibility and authority

The applicant confirms they lawfully represent the named business and may accept these terms. MotorLux may request evidence and refuse or withdraw access if verification fails.

Commercial terms

• Professional access is granted after MotorLux verifies and accepts the application.
• The commercial terms that apply to the dealer are agreed with MotorLux before activation and confirmed in writing.
• The dealer remains responsible for complying with the agreed commercial terms.

Inventory, pricing, and buyer inquiries

The dealer is responsible for keeping listings accurate, lawful, and current, including image rights. Imports create drafts that must be checked before publication.

The dealer uses inquiry data only to respond to the relevant buyer, complies with applicable law, and keeps its lead notification details current.

Suspension and end of access

MotorLux may suspend listings or access for abuse, inaccurate information, security risk, or non-compliance with the agreed commercial terms.
