Dealer terms

Eligibility and authority

The applicant confirms they lawfully represent the named business and may accept these terms. MotorLux may request evidence and refuse or withdraw access if verification fails.

Founding dealer offer

• Limited to the first five verified and accepted dealers.
• Up to 50 active listings per dealer.
• Free for 60 days from activation, then €49 per month by manual invoice.
• No automatic charge or Stripe subscription is enabled during the pilot.

Inventory, pricing, and buyer inquiries

The dealer is responsible for keeping listings accurate, lawful, and current, including image rights. Imports create drafts that must be checked before publication.

The dealer uses inquiry data only to respond to the relevant buyer, complies with applicable law, and keeps its lead notification details current.

Suspension and pilot end

MotorLux may suspend listings or access for abuse, inaccurate information, security risk, or non-payment after the free period. We will communicate future commercial terms in advance.
